Why not? Made of both ceramics and molded concrete, Smackers are fragile and require special multistep packaging techniques in order to be shipped and delivered to you intact and undamaged. So you hate your Smacker: a return would require you to ship back to Pop-Smack the sculpture, and, odds are, you wouldn't have kept the original packaging materials, memory of how the pieces went together, the original box or patience to put it all together correctly. The result? I get pieces of a broken sculpture back that I can't re-sell and goes into the trash. Too harsh? No, realistic . . . And then have to refund your money. Sorry, but that ain't gunna happen.

That said, if you need help making a minor repair top your Smacker, please give me a call. I'll assess -- by photos or Facetime -- what needs to be done and walk you through it.

So if you have any doubts about your Smacker while shopping in this site, do us all a big favor and don't buy it. Okay? I'm serious.
